Terms of use

Tefuda is a free browser game published by Magic Park Labs. Playing it means accepting what follows. It is short because the game asks little of you: there is no account, no purchase and nothing to subscribe to.
The game
You may play Tefuda as much as you like, at no cost, and link to it, stream it, record it or write about it freely. The game itself — its code, its artwork, its rules text and its name — belongs to Magic Park Labs. Republishing it elsewhere, selling it, or bundling it into something you charge for is not permitted without our written agreement.
Fair play
The leaderboards exist to record runs that were actually played. When you submit, your browser sends the moves you made and the server replays them under the same rules, so a run scores what it truly scored. Attempting to defeat that — forging a move log, automating play, or submitting on behalf of a run you did not play — is a misuse of the boards.
We may, without notice and at our discretion:
- Remove any entry we believe was not honestly played.
- Remove or replace a display name that is hateful, obscene, or impersonates someone else.
- Stop accepting submissions from a player id that is being used to abuse the boards.
- Reset or retire a board — for instance if a scoring bug made its entries incomparable.
A display name is shown publicly the moment it is submitted. Choose one you are content for strangers to see, and do not put personal information in it.
No warranty
Tefuda is provided as it is, with no promise that it will work, keep working, or suit any particular purpose. In particular: a run in progress lives in your browser’s storage, and clearing that storage, playing in a private window, or switching device will lose it. There is no account, so there is no backup. Boards, rules and scoring may change, and the game may at some point be withdrawn.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Magic Park Labs is not liable for any loss arising from your use of Tefuda — including lost runs, lost scores or lost leaderboard standing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top of the page changes with them. Continuing to play after a change means accepting the revised terms.
